That is the beauty of it! You can totally do this at your own pace! There are a number of phases and lessons that will be loaded into your course dashboard each week so that you don’t get overwhelmed. In order to stay engaged and see success more quickly, I recommend you try to do one lesson each day, which wouldn’t take more than 30 minutes.

I highly encourage your family joining in to all take on a healthy lifestyle together. But if that isn’t realistic with your family dynamic, it is very easy to make this something you do on your own. As a busy mom of 5, I don’t have the time to be going crazy with fancy recipes and complicated meal plans. With this program you are taught how to make meal planning work for you even with a busy family life!
You will be taught exactly how to eat the foods you love while still staying on track. We do dive into food quality and why that matters, but can 100% accomplish goals while continuing to eat foods you love!
Immediately. Those that start and intentionally put into practice the skills they are taught see results immediately. I would give yourself a week or two before assessing.
First of all, you need to understand that you will fall off track! I like to get this out of the way before someone starts otherwise they make a mistake and think they failed and have to stop. Listen...this is about progress not perfection! You will hear me say this over and over again and it’s one of the most important things to understand so that you can see sustainable success. Instead of thinking you went “off track” start thinking about what you can learn from that particular circumstance.
